What is more popular in Japan: Eric Clapton or the Carpenters?
Those of you who have been in Japan should know what I mean. All the world seems to love the Carpenters, and many others like Eric Clapton. It's funny to me, but you think is more popular?
♡ I would to say the Carpenters as well. Ever been to karaoke and seen the list of Carpenters songs available? Most people WOW! To know these songs or less melodies. But Eric Clapton is not more recognized in Japan. He even had a few concerts here all have been exhausted. My husband and I went and did not disappoint. Channels like WOWOW even issue a Clapton concert or two. … Hmmmmm … asking all of my office mates here in Tokyo now, most of them knew the Carpenters. ~ Hopefully not think I want to go to karaoke after work!
